Sci Fi Magazine – August 2012 – ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’
The latest issue of SCI FI Magazine is hot off the presses and we cover a whole heck of a lot of superheroes.
Bruce Wayne is the cover boy but inside I’ve got a six page spread on Marc Webb’s reboot The Amazing Spider-Man starring Andrew Garfield. I had exclusive chats with both of them and producers Matt Tolmach and Avi Arad. Why a new Spider-man now? They tell you why they think it’s the right time and why they’re bringing Peter Parker back to his high school roots.
I also launch my new column Page to Screen where I highlight great sci-fi/fantasy books that are getting adapted for the big screen. This month I feature Warm Bodies, The Night Circus and Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
Subscribe here or buy SCI FI Magazine at bookstores like Barnes & Noble.
